PRODUCT SATISFACTION We want you to love our candles as much as we do to ensure you keep coming back to us. If you are not totally satisfied with any product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please send us an email to info@kandlesbykc.com.au and tell us the reasons why you are not happy and send a photo. We may ask you to post the item back to us (at your own expense).
We are happy to provide a replacement, exchange items, provide a store credit or give a refund where the product is a fault of ours. Unfortunately we are unable to do offer this due to you changing your mind.
Every care is taken to ensure your order is packed for secure delivery, however, we accept no responsibility for any mishandling by Australia Post which may cause damage to your order whilst in transit.
PRIVACY In order to complete your online order, we need to collect your name and address for billing and delivery purposes, phone number and email address. When hiring our candle holders and candelabras, we require a little bit more information from you such as a copy of your drivers license as security in the event items are not returned to us.
When providing your credit cards details over the phone to purchase items, once your payment is processed your card details are destroyed. We do not store any credit card information.
We take your privacy seriously and will ensure that any information given to us by you is protected. We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other person or organisation.
PROMOTIONS . Free $20 Gift Voucher. Just spend $100 or more in products!* · Offer is effective for all orders placed from the 3rd May 2010. · You must spend $100 or more in products in the one transaction to qualify for the $20 Gift Voucher. · Products excluded are candle holder hire, candle making classes and gift vouchers. · Postage costs are not a product and will be a separate charge. · Voucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue. · Voucher is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. · When redeeming the voucher, it cannot cannot be used towards the cost of postage. · When redeeming the voucher, only if total order of products exceeds $120 (excluding postage) will you be issued with a further $20 Gift Voucher. · Gift Voucher cannot be used towards the purchase of any other promotional offers i.e. Facebook Silent Auctions. · Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. · Any issues arising as a result of this offer will be settled at the discretion of Kandles by KC and it's decision will be final. · Offer ends 31st December 2010.
POSTAGE & HANDLING We are happy to post to any location in Australia or you can pick up your order from Acacia Gardens NSW (near Blacktown).
We use Australia Post to get your order to you and charge a flat postage rate depending on which State we are sending to. Below are the flat postage charges for orders up to $250 in value:
NSW/ACT Flat postage $10 QLD/VIC/TAS Flat postage $14 WA/NT/SA Flat postage $22
For orders over $250 in value, the postage charges are as follows:
NSW/ACT Flat postage $19 QLD/VIC/TAS Flat postage $25 WA/NT/SA Flat postage $45
If you require Express delivery, please let us know and we will advise you of the additional charges for this based on your order size, weight and where it is being sent to.
For orders $500 and over, please contact us for a postage quote as the online system will not calculate this. We will add the postage cost to your order manually based on Australia Post standards rates for the size, weight of your order and the location to be delivered to.
Orders $100 and over will be sent by registered post to ensure we can track the whereabouts of your order in the event it does not reach you. You will need to sign for orders sent to you by registered post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postman usually leaves a note to say they attempted to deliver and they provide details of where you can collect your item.
We will notify you when we have posted your item so you can expect delivery shortly after that (depending on where is has to travel to of course!). Should you not receive your order after a reasonable time once we notify you that we have posted, please contact us at info@kandlesbykc.com.au.
PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following payment methods:
~ All major Credit Cards via the phone or in person (please note that a 2% merchant fee will be applied at time of processing) ~ Paypal (Bank Transfer, Credit Cards) ~ Direct Bank Transfer ~ EFTPOS (only in person as we will need to swipe your card and you will need to enter in your PIN details)
Payment is required within 3 days of order being placed, otherwise your order may be cancelled by us. Orders will not be posted until payment is received in full.
PRICING All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Prices are subject to review and change without notice.
RIGHT TO SUPPLY We may, after consideration, decline to supply a product or products to you without giving any reason. If products have been paid for, monies will be returned to you.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS The placement of any order to be supplied by Kandles by KC will be considered as confirmation of acceptance of these trading terms.
